Autoimmune Disorder Diet Do You Think 5-HTP Pills Work For Anxiety And Depression?

Do you think 5-HTP pills work for anxiety and depression? - autoimmune disorder diet

I am currently Out of all drugs for anxiety and depression because I do not like side effects (weight gain, more depression, anxiety, and increased asthma, and of course the huge hole in the wallet). As I am a natural pharmacy, pharmacists, beat the 5-HTP. I heard from him, but do not know. The only medication I am currently on Yasmin (the pill for birth), and drink kava and chamomile tea from July to December (I do not know if this will have no effect).

I have read, not to 5-HTP, if you have an autoimmune disease or a diet that has little protein (I mixed connective tissue disorder and I'm vegetarian), but who don 'does not explain why.

I am open to suggestions before the dive and go buy a bottle myself (or ask my doctor says I am not for taking a drug that made me worse, crazy.).

Thank you!

I've been about a month, and I can tell a big difference. This is a damn lot cheaper than the MED. I was on Paxil for 10 years and done more harm than good. The concern would be worse, she took my dose, I was "Numb" feel nothing, I felt happy, sad, angry, I felt like a zombie.
And, of course, the doctor says you are crazy, but you take the propaganda of the pharmaceutical representatives, how nice that these drugs are.
I have made Paxil for 4 years and I, where I feel "get back.

Go to "cchr.org" You can see a virtual tour of the museum and videos that explain the history behind these drugs to alter mood, history of psychiatry. It takes some time, but it is very instructive. It is also like a free DVD. You will never take drugs again.

"5-hydroxy-tryptophan is a natural precursor of the amino acids of serotonin, a neurotransmitter and an intermediate in the metabolism of tryptophan.

Serotonin is a key brain chemical that helps a feeling of calm and wellbeing. Numerous studies have linked imbalance of serotonin in depression and anxiety disorders, and tryptophan supplementation has proven to be an effective remedy for the symptoms associated with these disorders. "

My healer advised me that 5-HTP, because my spirits are really crazy and I was very depressed. I saw a big difference, and I felt much better to take them. I did not know the side effects, but you should read more on 5-HTP before it. (Also, I noticed that I sleep much better served)

5HTP works well for anxiety and depression. However, you should contact your pharmacist before you once again for their health problems.
Good luck.

I have several years. It has helped me a lot with depression and sleep disorders. Never before have issues with a diet that includes some protein and autoimmunity. However, as most supplements are not regulated by the FDA and are probably aware of the side with the warnings are. I hope that, as a plant that is still an adequate protein sources of meat. Pretending not to know something about connective tissue diseases.
5-HTP is an amino acid supplement tryptophan. Tryptophan is a precursor of serotonin and is in Turkey, milk, chocolate and other foods. So I think, because you will not take large quantities probably okay. But of course, ask your doc think you do. I have my anti-depressants and consulted my doctor before taking 5-HTP. I have a long-term statin for high cholesterol med that difficult in the liver. My doctor is usually far from the base because of this, but it's OK with 5-HTP.
Good luck!
