If warm water is not salty ..... work if you have fever or mild fever (above 98.6 but below 100) you are likely to have a strep bacterial infection. Do you have bad breath even after brushing?
It is better to go for a walk in the clinic HIV test early .... just to be sure. Ignoring streptococcal infection can lead to more serious infections or heart disease and / or death.
try hot water with honey and lemon. or hot tea with honey and lemon ....
try turmeric with a little honey before bedtime
