Instructions for Jackets:
1.To make the front opening, startinto the open end of a paper bag. Cut out the middle of one side and half on the bottom.
2.At the bottom of the bag, cut a circle around the open neck.
3. If desired, taper of the V-shaped neckline.
3.At both sides, arm holes cut, one or two inches below the neck opening.
4. Cut fringe on the top of the bag (below) on the jacket.

I have some cowboy for my son for his last birthday. He turned to 3 and most were kiddos about the same age, so we kept the game simple enough. We have until 2:00 and only served punch and cake. For activities jeans jackets made from paper bags. I personalize stickers and crayons and markers, and thus each child to make their own shirt. If you Google search, you can create a manual for it pretty easily.
Then "crunched" animals. I have white balloons and a small piece of candy or sticker on each of them prior to them blowing. Then we went with a black marker and drew the cow spots on them. when it was time for the game, we put every ball into a space divided into two parts, and told the children they had to improvise the cows (that is really pBalloons OP) and get into the price. My son also has a rocking horse and my father took his bow and let the children try to turn, rope horse.
Goodies for the bags, I took some in brown paper lunch bags (filled very cheap) and the presentation of dollars in them with candy and tied with brown wool.
I have some plastic and cowboy hats, bandanas and sheriff badges for each child from Oriental Trading Company, but it was worth it and really helped to push the issue.
save on paper products, always buy 1 / 4 in each issue that I and the rest in a specific color coordination, which is much cheaper and in larger packages.
